I'm a bit confused on the best secure approach. Some say to download from Tor website directly but everything I read says says the best option is to install from package manager. Worked through troubleshooting without luck. Wiped partition and reinstalled 19.2 fresh and same issue. New to Linux and finding this very frustrating.
