(1) Is there a FREE MPP viewer that we can use? Here is my challenge: I want to distribute the resource pool MPP which shows all the resources assigned to a wide audience (to about 30 people) - and I don't want to have to install MS Project on each of them just so that they can view that resource pool MPP. Even with that klunkiness, we really love the resource pool as we have set it up to be able show the allocations of shared resources between all the 25 projects. This is fine and dandy, albeit a bit klunky to manage. We have started implementing resource pooling where each of the MPPs are pulling/updating resource allocation out from that one resource pool. Between the 6 PMs, we have 25 projects (i.e. In my company, we have 6 project managers, each having MS Project installed on our respective computers.
